We provide a complete service, including site survey, design, manufacture and installation. 
Our skilled craftsmen utilise computer-aided design tools and dedicated manufacturing equipment to ensure a high quality product.  By keeping  manufacturing operations in-house, we are able to guarantee product quality and control delivery timescales, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
Customers are welcome to visit our facility to witness these operations for themselves.
Of course, this attention to detail carries through to the installation process too – we recognise that this is your home, and we will take great care of it during the installation process!

Technology.....

Our window, door and conservatory designs are based upon the ‘Mitre Master’ construction system.  This unique design provides the durability, high thermal efficiency, security and low-maintenance features you expect of modern double-glazed window systems, whilst retaining the natural beauty and character of real timber. 

Our construction techniques ensure a robust product and protect the timber against water ingress.  The engineered timber sections used were developed specially for this system, to ensure stability throughout the life of the product.  Advanced ‘microporous’ lacquers and paints complete the picture, allowing the timber to ‘breathe’ without absorbing moisture, whilst providing a hard-wearing  coating, resistant to sun, wind and rain.

We all need to play our part to protect the environment.  Timber-framed windows, doors and conservatories are the environmentally –friendly option:  After all, Wood is the original ‘carbon-neutral’ product and we ensure that our materials are sourced from certified sustainable forestry.  Our state-of-the-art lacquers and paints provide attractive, hard-wearing and low-maintenance finishes but are water-based  for minimal environmental impact.
With highly efficient weatherproof sealing techniques and the very latest in double-glazing technology, our windows will keep valuable heat inside your home in cold weather, and help you stay cool in the summer.

Lifetime....

We are FENSA registered and all installations are guaranteed for 10 years...  but we think you’ll be satisfied with your purchase for a lifetime!   PVC-U and aluminium-framed alternatives are often ready for complete replacement after 10 years or so.  However, with just a little periodic maintenance, experience shows that timber framed windows can last decades, if not hundreds of years!
